1980s Pearl Collar Necklace with Diamonds, Topaz, and Amethysts

A pearl collar/choker necklace in 18 karat yellow gold from circa the 1980s. This necklace features three rows of pearls with round brilliant diamonds set throughout the necklace for approximately 15 carats in total diamond weight. A 35 carat bright blue topaz is bezel set in between two heart shaped carved amethyst stones.
This necklace measures approximately 1.27 inches in width and 17 inches in diameter.
