A Cartier large oval brooch in 18 karat yellow gold and platinum from circa 1900. This beautiful piece features an open center with light blue enamel guilloche and white enamel borders. The white enamel also encircles the 8 rose cut diamond floral or snowflake-like elements throughout. In fantastic condition and signed Cartier Paris.
